About Application
Admission Requirements
Foreign students eligible to study at our college must have completed at least 12 years of primary and secondary education, and have satisfied one or more of the following
・Passed N1 (1st) or N2 (2nd) grade of the Japanese Proficiency Test (JLPT)
・Have a score of 200 points or more on the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU)
・BJT400 points and above.
・Studied Japanese for 6 months or more in a Japanese language program approved by Japan Ministry of Justice.
・Received at least a year of education at a school recognized by Section 1 of the Japan School Education Act (excluding kindergartens)
Methods of Application
The college will only accept applicants who are committed to completing the course of study.
Applicants who live in Japan
Japanese Language School Recommendation
For students currently enrolled in a Japanese school, please receive a recommendation based on the following requirements.
- Students with an attendance rate of over 80%.
- Students with clear goals and targets.
- Students whose Japanese ability is deemed sufficient for their studies at our school.
School Recommendation
This is a system for students whose first preference is this school, who are about to graduate from a Japanese school designated by this school. ※Please contact your school directly to find out whether it is a designated school.
Exclusive Application Selection
This is available to students whose only preference is this school and complete the screening process. ※Please feel free to contact the enrollment office in regards to any enquiries you many have or for further information on transferring to TECH.C.
AO Enrolment
- Register for AO Enrollment from 1st June ※Please contact the school for further details.
- AO Application start 1st September ※ Please feel free to contact admission office if you have any inquiries.
Applicants who live in their own Country
The Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) is used for the pre-arrival admission system.
For overseas applicants, we accept students according to the result of ”EJU” conduct by the Japan Student Services Organization taken outside of Japan and document screening. In case granted
admission, certificate of eligibility procedure is done by the Jikei COM International Center on behalf of the applicant.
Detailed information such as necessary documents for application, entrance exam, admission procedures and others, please ask the Jikei COM International Center.
※If students can not acquire a resident status,we will refund the entrance fee and derivered tuition fee.However, the remittance charge will be borne by you in case of repayment.
4-year program for which the title of“Advanced Specialist”is awarded.
You will develop comprehensive skills as well as receiving the title of Advanced Specialist when you choose this 4-year program.The title of Advanced Specialist is the equivalent to a university undergraduate degree and enables you to continue your studies at a postgraduate level, within Japan or overseas.
Diploma
The graduate who finished 2-year or 3-year course and given the title "Diploma" may use an admission system for entering to university.

Forms and Certificates issued by Japanese Language School
- Student Registration Certificate or Proof of Expected Graduation Certificates
- Official Transcripts / Attendance Certificate An applicant who has passed the N2 level of the JLPT, or who scored 200 points or more on the EJU or who schored 400 points or more on the BJT, must provide a copy of the repective certificates.
- Graduation Certificate from your last school (Diploma from High School or Universities)
- Verification remittance of money (such as notification) or certificate to show the balance in your bank account.
- A Copy of Resident card (Both Sides)
- A Copy of your passport (Full Page)
- A Copy of your National Health Insurance Card (Both Sides)
- Admission Slip for Screening (Designated by our school)
- Screening fee ¥30,000(No screening charges for the applicants recommended by the designated schools)
※In case of post, please send us a postal transfer payment certificate.
Payment in cash is not acceptable. Cash accepted only in case you bring it directly to the school.
◎Applicants who live in Japan and are not attending a Japanese language school may need to submit additional documents.
◎Application are requested to bring all the required 1-9 documents mentioned above. If the applicants can't come since the recidence is too far please contact us.
◎Documents submitted and examinations fee will not be returned.
Admission procedure from overseas(including working holiday,short-term visa)
- Application for Admission (Please use the form designated by our school)
- Any one of the Japanese Certificates issued by International Recognized JLPT N1, N2, EJU (200 scored & above), BJT(400 scored & above).※Or offical Graduation Certificate/Transcript/Certificate of Attendance (at least 6 months) are required for students graduated from Japanese Language School“in Japan.”
- A Copy of Graduation Certificate from your last school.*(Diploma from High School or Universities)
- Documents to verify remittance of your bank account.
- Bank Balance Certificate of your family member who is responsible for your expenses and Family Register Certification.
- A Copy of your passport (Pages with your face photograph & entry stamp)
- Admission Slip for Screening (Designated by our school)
- Screening Fee ¥30,000(We can accept only Japanese Yen. ※No charge for special selected school)
- Photo for Application (4cmx3cm) x 3 copies
◎Documents submitted and examinations fee will not be returned.
Applicants who live in Japan
Applications will be accepted from 1st October. (Excluding AO Enrollment)
Entrance Screening
(Japanese Examination and Interview/Document Selection)Examinations are held from October until March. However, we will close applications if we reach capacity.
Preferential System
Preferred applicants from designated schools are exempt the ¥30,000 screening fee.
